My family and I spend like to go up there during spring break and summer. It is so pretty and the rooms are huge with nice views. If you love country style this is the place for you!! Theirs also so many deer that come out at night and just sitting on the porch watching them and listening the the birds is the best feeling
If i live long enough...I will spend another week here. Must have seen 400 to 500 deer .. 2' out our window. It was a wonderful relaxing trip. Close enough to enjoy restaurants yet far enough in the rustic to never hear a man- made sound...
I love going here with the timeshare and all ..however I just wish they'd put some streaming TVs in. It's almost time for an upgrade for this place like new beds new dishes pots and pans. It truly is a beautiful location. If you want to unplug from the world this is the place to be. Also great shopping cowboy capital of Texas. Absolutely beautiful pools.. great hot tub as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. All the staff is good however the only one I really know the name of is Elvira.
One of the best vacation places I've ever been to,the staff here is outstanding and very helpful. The pool and hot tub are clean and the rooms here are spacious. The animals are deer and cats very entertaining,you can feed the deer right outside your as well as the cats running around. Your very close to Bandera and the roads around are very scenic. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to take a week off from the rat race of the city
This Resort was super secluded and awesome away from the madness to enjoy peace and quiet. The staff is respectful, kind and fabulous in making your stay a great experience. Surrounding areas of Historic Sites are terrific and you must explore to make memories of a lifetime.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for some much needed R&R. Although the river is dry, it's a beautiful area looking out over the Hill Country. Nice size pool for enjoyment and my favorite was a jacuzzi tub. Thoroughly enjoyed it to relax the muscles in private. Deer feeding through the property as well as cats that roam with other wildlife. Wednesday night steak dinner downtown, take your own plate and silverware. Close to Fredericksburg where you can enjoy some great German food as well.
My husband and I really enjoyed staying here!!! We invited my nephew to come with us, and he felt like he was in haven!!! We gave him the upstairs bedroom, it had a spacious bathroom and sitting area, he thought it was so cool!!! The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are really spacious!!! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit!!! We also enjoyed our patio, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening!!! Yeah Buddy!!! P.s. you'll enjoy seeing a lot of raindeers in the area!!!
Love this quite location. Close to Bandara. The neighborhood is quite, roads are good for my walk.
